Jingjing Sun

Research Summary

I am fascinated by how cells are organized into complex structures during embryogenesis. My project focuses on the patterning of mesoderm during gastrulation, aiming to understand how signaling pathways coordinate gene expression, cell division, cell shape changes, and movements. Outside the lab, I enjoy spending time with my dogs on the hiking trails.
